ORDER:

Disciplinary proceedings initiated against petitioner resulted in dismissal from service by order dated 01.10.2016. Prior to dismissal, he was placed under suspension. Limited grievance of petitioner in the present writ petition is that he was not paid subsistence allowance for the period from 26.11.2015 till the date of dismissal from service. Requesting to pay the amount due to him for the said period, representation was made by the petitioner on 10.10.2017 addressed to the District Co-operative Officer. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Since representation is stated to have been filed and is not disposed of yet, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the District Co-operative Officer (4th respondent) to examine the claim of petitioner as ventilated in the said representation and to pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
