THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23355 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in stipulating minimum 40% (64 marks) in EAMCET 2013 examination for BC candidates to be eligible for admission into MBBS first year course under NCC quota though secured more than 40% together in Eamcet & Intermediate two years course.

It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the

respondent University that, in view of the subsequent developments, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
