THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3184 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 23.1.2017 passed in I.A.No.853 of 2016 in O.S. No.474 of 2014 on the file of the Court of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible. In view of the said submission, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhaptnam is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.474 of 2014 as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
