HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4583 of 2012 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.2, in regularizing the petitioner's plot Nos.92 and 93 in Sy.No.66/2, Rayadurg Navkhalsa Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under layout Regulations Scheme, is questioned in this Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary. Learned Counsel, appearing on either side, would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.32516 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016 wherein this Court directed the respondent - GHMC to consider the petitioner's application for regularization of plots, under the Layout Regularisation Scheme, within a period of eight weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 (Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.12.2015 for regularization of plots, under the Layout Regularisation Scheme, within a period of eight weeks, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
