No representation for the petitioners/ Accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the present crime was initially registered as PRC and then assigned SC.No.478 of 2015 by the Sessions Division and it ended in acquittal by judgment dated 04.07.2015 on the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Anantapur and, hence, the present petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
