ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the ununmbered application of the petitioner in FCOP No.108 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, at Ongole. The FCOP was filed for divorce and the same is pending. The petitioner filed the above un-numbered application seeking grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondent-wife from interfering with his peaceful life, personal liberty, business viz., Sudha Jewellers, Near Indira Gandhi Statue, Gandhi Road, Ongole, and also from visiting his residence, & his mother's residence bearing H.No.24-1-8, Nevulurivari Veedhi,Ongole. When the application was returned, he filed the present revision petition.

An objection was raised by the lower Court regarding the maintainability of the said application. When this Court has also pointed out the same, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy. Reserving such liberty, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
