Ramasubramanian) The order impugned in this writ appeal was the subject matter of a batch of writ appeals in W.A.Nos.823, 824, 826, 828 and 829 of 2016, disposed of by another Bench of this Court, by an order, dated 07.09.2016. Therefore, following the same, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of to the same effect, namely, that the order of the single Judge will be subject to the outcome of the cases pending before the Supreme Court.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
