HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.33111 of 2018 ORDER:

When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both sides submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered to be disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.30133 of 2018, dated 17.07.2019.

In view of the above submission and for the reasons recorded in the order dated 17.07.2019 in W.P.No.30133 of 2018, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to refer the disputed questions numbering 5, out of which, incorrect key was given to one question viz., question No.125 and four deleted questions viz., question Nos.37, 56, 130 and 132, to the Expert Committee consisting of Academicians for further examination, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the report of the Expert Committee, final key has to be published by the respondents and if there is any change in the final key, after consultation with the Expert Committee, the said benefit has to be extended to the candidates who have appeared in the examination, including the petitioner herein. No order as to costs.
