This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2015 of Chikkadpally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 353 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Telangana) for the State.

It is represented that the police already filed charge sheet, which was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
