I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed to extend the time granted in order dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.15410 of 2024 for surrendering before the Station House Officer, Ameenpur Police Station in connection with Crime No.648 of 2024 of Ameenpur Police Station.

When both the applications are taken up for hearing, Sri K. Siddarth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause in the present applications does not survive and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the above said submissions, both the applications are dismissed as infructuous.
