The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 11.03.2015 to 2nd respondent in Form VI(A) prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of the subject land, but the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 2.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's application and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's application and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
