Leave about the correctness or otherwise of the judgment pronounced by the trial Court, which is subsequent to the stay granted in the pending 2 revisions i.e., CRP.Nos.5324 & 5346 of 2018 of stay of pronouncement of judgment for the factum of it is not properly communicated as required by Order 41 Rule 5 Clause (1) proviso CCP which mandates either filing of certified copy or at least an affidavit for not a case of filing affidavit but a memo, from which the party choose to file an appeal there whatever the contentions raised in the present revisions can be made as grounds of appeal as contemplated by Section 105 CPC.

With these observations, these two Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs.
