This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 05.02.2013, of the learned X Additional District and Sessions Judge (Judge, Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.227 of 2011 in O.S.No.449 of 2006.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 11.11.2013. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
