HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2593 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - plaintiff challenging the order, dated 17.03.2016, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court - cum - V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, in I.A. No.446 of 2015 in O.S. No.10 of 2004, whereby the petition filed under Order I, Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with 28 of Civil Rules of Practice, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, O.S. No.10 of 2004 itself was dismissed with costs on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
