THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NOs.524,516,648,573,552,561 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

All these civil revision petitions can be disposed of by this common order, inasmuch as, the learned counsel for the petitioners in all these cases Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar would submit that, it would be more expedient for the petitioners in these revisions to file separate suits instead of filing Interlocutory Applications in O.S.No.1142 of 2008. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to treat the respective interlocutory applications bearing I.A.Nos. 2839, 2832, 2837, 2844, 2838, 2842 of 2009 in O.S.No.1142 of 2008 as withdrawn, preserving liberty to the respective parties to institute separate civil suit, in case they are maintainable. Accordingly, preserving the liberty, all the I.A.Nos. 2839, 2832, 2837, 2844, 2838, 2842 of 2009 filed in O.S.No. 1142 of 2008 shall be treated to have been withdrawn and accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, these civil revision petitions also shall stand disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
