HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 1092 of 2017 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.7918 of 2015 dated 16.08.2016. This Court disposed of the said Writ Petition by directing the respondent-Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014 in accordance with law within a period of three months. Pursuant to the said order, an office order was passed on 12.12.2016 by the Personnel Officer, Ananthapuram Region with the approval of the Regional Manager ordering release of all terminal benefits of the petitioner's husband and for consideration of appointment on compassionate grounds to his family members in the next selection process.

In view of the same, this Court sees no reason to continue the contempt proceedings and, accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications pending in this Contempt Case, if any, shall stand closed.
