THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32908 of 2018 ORDER:

A perusal of the material available before this Court discloses that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Sub-Collector, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District/R.5 herein on 25.07.2018. It is the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition that despite the said representation, no action has been taken by the 5th respondent so far and in view of the said inaction, the petitioner is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and as the representation, according to the petitioner, is pending consideration before the 5th respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 5th respondent to verify the representation, dated 25.07.2018, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
