HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.46087 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in not proceeding with the investigation pursuant to registration of Crime No.45 of 2016.

Now, a counter affidavit is filed by the fifth respondent stating that a charge sheet was filed on 16.03.2017 before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vikarabad against the respondents 6 and 7 charging them under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 IPC. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
