THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6487 of 2013 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the second respondent in absorbing the petitioner in its existing vacancies of Junior Assistants from the date of granting time scale of Junior Assistant i.e., from March, 2011, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the relief sought for in the present writ petition has been already granted and hence no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above representation, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
