This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the second respondent pursuant to the show cause notice dated 01.04.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that enquiry is being proceeded and in view of the same no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
