ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 09.09.2015 in W.P.No.35279 of 2013. 2.

Today, at the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents that the order dated 09.09.2015 in W.P.No.35279 of 2013 is complied with by issuing proceedings by the respondents.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to implementation of aforesaid order, it is always open to him to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
