ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order, direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondent No.3 while issuing seizing order No.Lr.No.C/303/2017, dated 5.4.2017 in Cr.No.23 of 2017 under Section 420 of IPC and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 on petitioner's trally auto bearing No.TS. 15 UB 4363 by depositing before him from the file of Begumpet Police Station, Siddipet Commissionerate, Medak (Siddipet) District Telangana State, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel on either side fairly concedes that in identical circumstances, this Court passed order on 08.08.2017 in WP No.26320 of 2017 and relevant portion of the order reads as under: "In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit an application for release of the vehicle before the competent authority, within a period of one week. After receipt of the said application, the competent authority shall consider release of the vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions imposed by it, within a period of one week thereafter."

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. No costs.
