This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not disposing of the representation, dated 23.08.2018, of the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary & violative of the principles of natural justice and to direct the respondents to dispose of the said representation. 2.
I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) appearing for the respondents. I have perused the material record. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that if the representation, dated 23.08.2018, is considered and disposed of, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home endorses the said submission. 5.
Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 23.08.2018, of the petitioners in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order ; and, communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners within a week thereafter.
There shall be no order as to costs.
