This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 14.06.2017 in unnumbered E.A. of 2017 in E.P.No.260 of 2015 in O.S.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Kothagudem.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
