ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake with regard to the date of the impugned order in the revision and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision with liberty to file a fresh revision. Granting liberty as prayed for, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand dismissed.
