Consecutively on the last two occasions there was no representation for the petitioner(s) and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today under the caption for dismissal. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner(s) in the pre lunch as well post lunch and therefore, there is no other option to this Court except to dismiss the writ petition for default.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
