Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that they have submitted a representation dt.01-02-2017 to take them into service as Mandal Parishat Health Assistant on contract basis to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the representation of petitioners and pass appropriate orders within six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioners' representation dt.01-02-2017 and pass an appropriate order thereon within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
