HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL APPEAL No.690 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Appeal, filed by the appellant/P.W.1 under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, "Cr.P.C."), is directed against the judgment, dated 31.12.2012, in C.C.No.1154 of 2009, passed by the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B. Nagar, whereunder and whereby the learned Magistrate found the respondent Nos.2, 4 to 6/A-1, A-3 to A-5 not guilty for the offence under Section 498-A IPC and acquitted them.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

3. The petitioner, who is an aggrieved person, can prefer an appeal before the appropriate Court, but not before this Court. Hence, the criminal appeal is not maintainable and is liable to the dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed. The Registry is directed to return the originals to the petitioner.
