This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionerAccused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.154 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 193, 196, 199, 209, 406, 416, 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the Record.

The petitioner is questioning the crime registered against him on the ground that though the complaint does not make out any of the offences, the said complaint is used by the vested interest that he was removed from his position as Khazi.

In the said circumstances, without going into the facts of the case, since the crime was registered on 15.03.2022, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.154 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible by considering the explanation given by this petitioner - Accused No.2. Further, the petitioner - Accused No.2 shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
