This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
"to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction, declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 & 4 in issuing the termination letter No. B/ 120-1/2017 dt. 12/06/2017 without serving any show cause notice / Memos as being illegal, unjust and violation of Art.300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 & 4 to reinstate the petitioner as Anganwadi worker at Swarnapalli, ICDS Project Manthani Mandal." 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare for the respondents. 3.
Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation, dated 01.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of representation, dated 01.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.
