THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT APPEAL NO.356 OF 2010 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} As none appeared for the appellant on 15.03.2017, the matter was directed to be listed "For Dismissal". Even today, when the Writ Appeal is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", neither is the learned counsel for the appellant present nor is there any representation on their behalf.

Hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
