ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 13.08.2018.

Granting such liberty, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
