Since there was no representation for the petitioner - wife on 30.04.2018, Registry was directed to list the present Transfer C.M.P. to this day under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the present Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Transfer CMP, stand closed.
