It is brought to our notice that the matter was settled out of Court and suit OS.No.97 of 2013 on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, out of which this CMA arises, itself was got dismissed as not pressed on 10.04.2019 and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
