ORDER:

The facts on issue would show that the petitioner was employed by Kalyan Electrical Works Contractor, who has entered into works contract with the A.P. Southern Power Distribution Company Limited. The petitioner's grievance is with reference to not allowing the petitioner to attend to office. The petitioner challenges the oral termination without following the due process.

2. As seen from the documents enclosed to the writ petition and averments in the writ petition, the petitioner being an employee of Kalyan Electrical Works, if he has any grievance with reference to not allowing him to discharge duties by the contractor or an oral termination of service, the petitioner has to avail remedies as available in law against the private contractor. The A.P. Southern Power Distribution Company Limited not being an employer, no relief against the said Company can be sought in this writ

petition and the writ petition against private individuals is not maintainable. Even otherwise the contractor is not made a party. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law on the grievance agitated in the writ petition.
