Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of Order, dated 0710-2015, in WP.No.16673 of 2005. After arguing the case, the learned

Government Pleader for Higher Education (Telangana State) requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to the appellants to file a review petition in WP.No.16673 of 2005.

The request of the learned Government Pleader is accepted and the Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
