Nunna Subrahmanyam v. The A.P.Transco
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.33843 of 2017 ORDER:
The case of petitioner is that he filed representation dated 07-10-2016 for grant of pay on par with his juniors and the same was rejected vide proceedings in Lr.No.ED(HRD & Plng)DS(P)/AS(P)/PO.ES.I/JPO/4347/16, dated 31-01-2017.
Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that though the petitioner is entitled for the relief under B.P.Ms.No.197, dated 0907-1992 but without considering the same, the interim order is passed that too without any reasons.
Heard Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1, 2 ,4 and 5.
It is to be seen that a reading of the impugned order goes to show that no reasons are given for rejection of the request of the petitioner. Only on that ground, the impugned order is set aside. The respondent-authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in terms of B.P.Ms.No.197, dated 09-07-1992 in accordance with law and pass orders. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 10-10-2017 Nvl
