Heard Sri S.Surender Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents 1 to 6.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the revision petition pending before him.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition presented to the 3rd respondent has been pending since 2011.
4. Since there is inordinate delay in disposal of the revision petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision petition pending with him within a period of 4 (four) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
