This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the official respondents to consider his representation dated 25.2.2017. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the house bearing No.8-3-237/9/1. Respondents Nos.3 and 4 constructed two floors without any permission and constructed the building on the compound wall, as a result of which, there was damage to the property of the petitioner. The petitioner made a representation on 25.2.2017 to the 3rd respondent for taking action and he also requested the 2nd respondent to take action against the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents. But no action has been taken so far. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The official respondents are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.2.2017, and take appropriate action in accordance with law against the unauthorized constructions, if any made by the unofficial respondents as alleged by the petitioner."
