O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 05.07.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, who submit that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Police Station, Tiruchanoor, Chittoor District, to take action by following the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in LALITA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to follow the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in Lalita Kumari's case (supra) and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the complaint stated to have been made by the petitioner on 05.07.2018.
