THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14951 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner contends that he had submitted a representation on 22.02.2016 to the 2nd respondent for rectification of the online record displayed on the Government Web Site with regard to his land but the said representation has not been considered by the 2nd respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and will communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dt.22.02.2016 and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
