Apprehending that ignoring his case, the case of the 5th respondent is going to be considered as Village Revenue Assistant (VRA) on compassionate grounds based on the claim that his father died, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 22.06.2016, before the District Collector, Nalgonda District, the 2nd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is, without considering the said representation, the respondent authorities are taking steps to appoint the 5th respondent as VRA. Hence, this Writ Petition.
3.
Even according to the prayer in the Writ Petition and the averments made in the accompanying affidavit, so far the 5th respondent is not provided with such appointment and the cause of action would arise, only if such appointment is made to the 5th respondent ignoring the claim of the petitioner, if at all such claim is available to the 5th respondent. As noticed, the Writ Petition is filed only on mere apprehension and thus, it is liable to be dismissed.
4.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as premature leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his
remedies as and when the cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
