The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that final report is ready and he is not in a position to place before the Court whether after serving notice, the same was filed before the Court having jurisdiction or not. Therefore, he submits that the copy of final report will be served on petitioner either by hand or post within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
