Petitioners, who are A1 to A5 in Cr.No.209 of 2017, on the file of the Station House Officer, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 IPC and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
