THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.24192 of 2010 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri V.Hari Haran, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 14.02.2018 to the Registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition as circumstances have changed after filing of this writ petition.

In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 28.09.2010 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
