Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the respondents herein filed petition to vacate the order dated 28.01.2015 and the same is listed for hearing. Since the vacate stay petition is pending and having regard to the nature of complaint in the instant contempt case, this Court is of the view that the contempt case can be closed for the present by giving liberty to petitioner to seek restoration of the instant contempt case by recalling the instant order.
