Heard.

The petitioner made an application, dated 07.01.2015, to the Tahsildar, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District, the 4th respondent, for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds for the lands admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents in Survey No.299/2, Ac.1.4325 cents in Survey No.356/2 and Ac.0.3350 cents in Survey No.353/1 under Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act. Alleging inaction on the part of the 4th respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Though no instructions are received by learned Government Pleader for Revenue in spite of granting time, keeping in view the limited relief sought by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application, dated 07.01.2015, submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
