The case of the petitioner is that the he filed appeal on 20-09-2016 before the 2nd respondent against the impugned order in the writ petition. But no orders are passed as on today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

Heard learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent.

Since it is stated that the appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
