HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.12580 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner contends that he has made application on 05-05-2015 in Form VI-A prescribed under the AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 before 3rd respondent for mutation of petitioner's name in the revenue records and also for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed and that 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within six weeks from the date of submission by the petitioner and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within six weeks from the date of submission by the petitioner and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if

any pending, shall stand closed.
