Heard the counsel for petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

It is stated by counsel on either side that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015.

Having regard to the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to provide additional load of electricity by installing individual meters to the apartments in the subject property on payment of requisite charges within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to the decision of the Supreme Court in the appeals pending before it challenging the judgment dt.12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch and also subject to the outcome of the regularization scheme which may be framed by the State Government of Telangana. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
